Matt Attanasio, Assistant Editor

Matt Attanasio joined Simon & Schuster Books as Assistant Editor after more than two years at Gallery Books, where he supported a breadth of New York Times bestselling authors. Before this, he dedicated himself to his lifelong love of books by working with libraries, a literary center, a boutique literary agency, and Writers House. Matt reads broadly in fiction and nonfiction but is especially drawn to books that infuse sharp storytelling with the deeply human hopes, desires, and fears that make us who we are. He studied English and German at Ithaca College and lives in Brooklyn, New York
